  • Digital Products and Templates

All services are provided based on package agreements, proposals, or custom quotations.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Payments & Billing

A. Service-Based Work

Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Payments must be made on or before the due date.

B. Non-Payment

If payment is not received:

  • Work may be paused

  • Deliverables may be withheld

  • Future projects may be declined

Interest or late fees may apply where permitted.

C. Digital Products

All digital product purchases (templates, downloads, guides, etc.) are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy

Service Work

Due to the time and strategy involved in creative and marketing services, payments for services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Digital Products

All sales of digital downloads are final due to the nature of instant access.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Respond to communication promptly

  • Provide access to required accounts/tools

  • Submit content, brand assets, or approvals in a timely manner

Delays in client response may extend project timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by ZenithZone Creations (branding, creatives, websites, funnels, copywriting) remains property of ZenithZone Creations until full payment is received.

After full payment:

  • Ownership is transferred to the client

  • ZenithZone retains the right to use work in portfolios or marketing materials unless confidentiality is requested

Digital products remain the intellectual property of ZenithZone Creations and cannot be resold, shared, or redistributed.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZenithZone Creations is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business

  • Platform changes affecting performance (e.g., Meta Ads, Shopify updates)

  • Third-party service interruptions

  • Improper use of deliverables after handover

Results from marketing, ads, or funnel setup are not guaranteed.

8. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold ZenithZone Creations harmless from:

  • Claims

  • Damages

  • Losses

  • Legal fees

arising from misuse of our services or breach of these Terms.

9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our services may require the use of third-party tools such as:

  • Canva

  • Shopify

  • WordPress

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  • Google Analytics

  • Email marketing platforms

We are not responsible for:

  • Their outages or functionality

  • Policy changes

  • Account issues

  • Fees charged by those platforms

10. Termination of Services

We may terminate service if:

  • Payments are not made

  • Client engages in abusive behavior

  • Client breaches the Terms & Conditions

  • The project scope becomes unreasonable or unsafe

Clients may also terminate the agreement, but payments already made are non-refundable.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted with the updated date above.

Continued use of the Site or services means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, regardless of conflict of law provisions.
